  Rented a fishing boat 2 weeks ago from bump and jump with a few friends... I dealt with a guy named Jay who was super nice... he’s the one who answered my original call to make a reservation and he was also the one who greeted us at the dock and also was there when we returned back from our day out... we had a great day and jay was a pleasure to deal with! A couple of days later I noticed that I got charged much much more then I was told... I called 3 times to ask what’s going on and a woman said Jay is no longer with our company can u call back when I’m in the office.... I have called back twice after that already and get no response???
